Click on "Pencil Icon" to view the details of that job
Click to assign a tech.
Collision is turned on by default. Toggle OFF if the vehicle was NOT in a collision.
Click on "Add Operation" to add anything else you are doing to the vehicle that may not be on the report automatically.
Click on "Downloading..." to see a pdf that can be shared with a body shop and / or insurance companies.
Toggling off "Equipped" or "Required" will take it off of the downloaded pdf report.
Repair orders for the same VIN can vary by estimator. We flag possible affected areas for ADAS components, but technicians are responsible for validating the requirements with service information.
Click on "Downloading..." to download a new copy without the "Equipped" or "Required" operations
Click on "Complete" to mark the job as done
Click on "Show Line Items" to see the lines in the repair order
Click on "Report An Issue" if you believe something was overpredicted or missing.
Choose the operation and provide a brief description of the issue for our team. If you are missing something click "Other" and provide a brief description. We'll get notified and work to address any accuracy issues so we remain the most accurate in the market.
